Doom is an exciting new album from nu-jazz pianist Jake Amy. A by-product of Jake's travels to Europe, Doom delivers a raw and energetic fusion between hip slinging syncopation and dark house colours featuring a diverse amalgamation of some of Australia’s leading improvisers.

"Doom is such a welcomed project with sounds that highlight not only Jake's virtuosity but the talent from each individual player. The album as a whole can’t be pinpointed to one genre. There’s drum and bass, jungle and personally the track Flick feels like the coolest video game race scene."
